Islam-Qala - Dugarun: free trade zone

   Grain Enterprise No. 28 together with Agroholding SPBRussia supplies food and agricultural products to the Islam-Qala (Islamic Republic of Afghanistan) - Dowqarun - Afghanistan free trade zone. 
Deliveries are made to Serhetabad / Akina station ARA and via Amirabad, Iran. 
 Types of food: 
- milling wheat for flour production 
- yellow corn for livestock feed 
- barley grain 
- wheat bran: powder and granulated
- chickpeas 
- lentils 
- yellow peas 
- wheat flour 
- corn flour 
- pasta

Minimum order quantity: 68 tons (rail wagon).  
The free trade zone program was established in 2026.
